5. A commission at the rate of 5% on the first $1,000,

1x on the Bext $4,000 and 1% on the balance, er such lower

rate as the Jourt way on the application of the Official

Administrator approve, is chargeable on the gross value of

all property received or taken possession of or otherwise

dealt with by the official Administrator. Probate and
